He's actually quite rubbish isn't he.

I mean. Sure as a scorer he's rather excellent

But as an actual footballer he's quite pants.

He’s a rich man’s Kieffer. Sticking it in the onion bag is what counts though at the end of the day.

He's no Connor Salmon.

Negative, he’s obviously extremely good.

Back to your best Frimmers_ Atta boy.

I'd been thinking the new version of Frimmers was somehow improved, without the moronic bollox so loved by the original.

No more.

I just never noticed how limited he was as a player before.

Is he as good as Keiffer at the hold up play though?

Alcohol is the answer but I can't remember the question!

I was just referencing his seeming inability to effect anything going on when it's not finishing a chance.
Footwork with the ball is limited. Hold up play not that great and trips over the ball a fair bit and header wise isn't that great man to man. Passing is hit and miss etc.

As I say it's just an observation. If I'm wrong it's OK. I don't watch him specifically week in week out today and recent games may just have been a few sub par performances on the above areas that I've mentioned.

He's definitely not Rooney/Kane who could drop back and be just as good. He's absolutely lethal with scoring goals though which is all City need with all their other quality.

Truly impaired.

I’ve heard it all now :) bring back the old frimmers. Actually don’t - he was thick aswell

Striker who is 7 goals from being the all time Swedish goalscorer (he’s 23 years old), and has scored I think like 40 champions league goals in 34 or 35 appearances , and scored 37 premier league goals last year is an ineffective player

Jeez

Yeah, for all the hyperbole in Frimmers OP, I think its not that wrong to say that Haaland is an unremarkable footballer, but with cheat mode movement and finishing.

By unremarkable, I mean by superstar footballer standards.

I was born underwater, I dried out in the sun. I started humping volcanoes baby, when I was too young.

2
Haaland on 20:59 - Mar 31 with 2170 viewsTrequartista

He is a brilliant footballer because his job on the pitch is scoring goals, which he is obviously brilliant at.

I know what you're getting at - he doesn't dribble round players and he is not a sublime passer of the ball, but that is no more his job than it is to mark and tackle as a centre-back or be a goalkeeper.

I remember Sergio Aguero having to adapt his game for Guardiola to be more involved in build up play, or be dropped. Haaland is so extraordinary at his job, that Guardiola has not made the same demand on Haaland.

Love it, he's already completed Norway and moved onto Sweden.

Haaland on 23:44 - Mar 31 with 1768 viewsBseaBlue

Agreed. 54 goals in 59 games is frankly awful what ever way you look at it.

He should be averaging at least 2 goals a game in that side. Terrible player and carrying on at that rate won't get him anywhere near Shearers record as all time PL top goal scorer......
