| Forum Reply | Why is the Crewe game on a Sunday at 18:51 2 Nov 2021
No, not resolvedt, its the 8th wonder of the world. No comment from the club. Just think Town fans have 24hrs left to prepare for the future when the planet goes into melt down. Subject to BJ saying bring back life. Just don't book a return when the next stop after Stowmarket is Armageddons . (Arriving 10 mins late..no Buffet service available |

Yes in the spirit of nostalgia, and senior lockdown, have watched both legs of semi and the final on Youtube.First goal from Stewart in 1st leg was unbelievable and the time and confidence for the 2nd remarkable.2nd leg was one of those games. In those days we had regional TV coverage so Youtube has both Granada and Anglia.....2 different games from the commentaries. Following on from promotion was at Leicester v ITFC in 2000. Old Filbert St when away fans were in a corner,(with v dangerous exits). Barry Knight was ref, as he warmed up with his team, every time they jogged past us he got a standing ovation. He took it well. TWTD's ! |

Probably means that the public are more intelligent than GB. Mind you not hard to do, would add my cat to that list....plus next doors gerbil...and the guy down the road who thinks he's Elvis |
| Forum Thread | Credibility in this Pandemic at 17:21 5 May 2020
I know these are strange times for all of us, but, ignoring politicians, can anyone think of groups who are damaging their reputations with the public more than: 1 Premier League clubs and their owners, plus some Championship clubs with a chance of being promoted. 2 Premier League players. 3 The PFA Integrity is clearly not a word they understand |
| Forum Reply | Who can complain on the fans behalf and get listened to at 14:31 18 Aug 2019
The East Midlands cancellations yesterday were due to industrial action by staff. By coincidence it was the last day of their franchise. New franchisee is Abelio who run GA. So if we have the same game next season don't expect much in the way of improvements. |
| Forum Thread | Consent Screen at 17:27 30 Apr 2019
Is anyone else getting the consent screen every time they change a page on the site? Does anyone know how to get rid of it. I press I agree every time but it keeps coming back Thanks |
| Forum Reply | Team on Sunday will undoubtedly be at 18:58 8 Feb 2019
This could be classed as a one off game. We are probably relegated but a win or a good result would be a good morale booster..... to the fans at least. So how about: subject to injuries Bart Bree Pennington Chambers Collins Knudsen/Kenlock Judge Skuse Bishop/Downes/Chalaboah Sears Quaner/Keane |

Good to see him playing so often this season. A remarkable return to fitness. Do they have Merlin on the physio staff at Bramall Lane ? |

No Toxicity, Just move on. Leadership skills include being visible, having a clear vision, communication, and, being realistic. Thats all I ask for. |
| Forum Reply | The club/Mick arent helping at 17:13 8 Apr 2018
Good Question, Answer is no reason why he should stay . IMHO ..problem is at the top... ME is out of his depth and doesn't know what is best to do. So as often happens you do the minimum you have to do and hope that things get better. Fairly standard management technique. Leaves MM as an employee of the club in an awkward spot. he has been asked to fulfil the terms of his contract and is contractually obliged to do. OK...OK the money is different but the principle is the same. What would you do ? Plus in terms of his next job, can show ongoing attributes of strength of character and person of principle. Real issue is once they decided to part ways ME should have said Thank You and Au Revoir. Current situation means that no one wins...inc ME. Until then no one wins. Am going to Forest on Saturday. Its 2 miles from here. Really don't know when my next game will be. Previously have gone past the City Ground en route to every home game and a 300 mile round trip. 13 hours door to door with the delights of the rail system. Even more previously was a long drive and a day out for the family..life moves on. So where now ? With all the current vitriol would take a brave manager to leave a "secure" job and join us. Plus what player would want to join, or if they had a offer from elsewhere...I know ...I know ..stay So ME... as leaders should always be ..visible..forward thinking...communicative..inspirational . Where are you? RSVP |

Hi For adults and early arrivals will be allocated seats. As game KO approaches ,will be scope for stewards to be flexible for those who are less able to enjoy the game with their allocation ,particularly those with children. Best to check in with the steward in your area when you arrive, they will help you around KO. As a club they try very hard to do the best for all fans. |
