Did decent at Fulham and Wales (although helped by a certain player in this aspect)
Horrendous at Coventry, they were very bad under him! Obviously a poor decision maker if he left Wales for Sunderland. However, Sunderland were only 4 points from the drop when he took over just a few weeks after Mick did with us, and obviously have a better squad with parachute payments. Mick guides us to 15th, Sunderland down with 2 games to spare. | |

Because I do not rate him in the slightest, think he suited the set up he knew well at brentford so was able to take it on after rosler left them however he has done nothing since to tell me he would improve us. | | | |

I think the job he done with Wales somewhat glorified him as a manager. A big tournament is obviously going to get you more coverage and what not, I think its difficult to judge him at Sunderland though.
I think there is something about the club that is a bit rotten whether that's ownership, just a general sense of apathy, none of their past 5 or 6 appointments bar Allardyce seemed to have worked plus he didn't get a full season to really prepare.
I'm not saying he should be in the frame but Sunderland have been in disarray for a long time, not sure you can draw too much from it. |  |

Not sure they had to play that many games to get there did they?! I’m sure the big clubs enter at 4th or 5th round stage, I will give you that they beat Celtic on pens in the semis and on today’s form they are light years behind Celtic now just two years later. However he still ultimately failed at rangers and then did very little at forest (more relevant to us) | | | |
