I would have thought that it was a temporary structure in order to accommodate greater social distancing, hence a marquee rather than a more permanent addition.

It would probably result in fewer planning-related hoops through which to jump as well.

It's only gone up recently, I think since McKenna came in, so guess it is just a temporary solution to get us through the winter months until we get something new built

Understand it was housing mats etc for stretching and general activation supplies for training assume it was out up so the team could do that in the dry but still close to where they could get out and kick a ball.
