I find him very likeable I know that won’t go down too welll on here but I would like to see him as the next PM wants what’s best for the British people which is what I want and I am sure many others as well wether we are in Europe or Out. JRM top man..
His views are based on Christianity. I don't think he's a suitable leader for 2018.
If his views are based on christianity how can he allow the organisations he is involved with to do the things they are doing in countries, other than the UK, just because laws in those countries allow it? He is more dishonest than christian
He's completely done you then — and many others I'm sure. He's extremely dangerous.
If he was pm he couldn't and wouldn't try to force his extreme views on the populous because are parliament and legal system simply wouldnt allow it. Remember this is England 2018...and not 1930s Germany.
Define 'wants whats best for Britain'. That only stands if what he wants fits in with your views and values. Every Brit wants what is best for Britain but that can be many different things to different people.
Lots of people liked Hitler! He wanted what was best for Germany....im not lumping Rees Mog with Hitler. Thats an extreme example and probably a little unfair to use but just making a point. I dont think Rees Mogg is evil but for me in the main Rees Mogg is everything i wouldnt want im a PM. A lesser version of Farage mind.
You could also say the whole of that comment can apply to good ol Jeremy.
Except it wouldn't be true. At least not nearly to the same degree.
The most enlightened and advanced countries in the world have managed to build socialist principles into their otherwise capitalistic framework. As well as being strong on liberty and equality.
We're not that bad on these scores compared to some but we've ignored a whole section of the population not to mention our regions by letting money take us where it wants.
In that sense, Corbyn or similar is a positive as we try to find a sustainable and fair balance for the people of this country. Rees-Mogg is just accelerating the journey in the wrong direction.

He's the classical hard-right hypocrite. Bang in favour of reducing state intervetion in people's lives, until those people happen to be women, gay or foreigners.
I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

He's a keen believer in right-wing Jesus. Who was big on leaving the poor to their own devices, needlessly penalising people on wholly arbitrary grounds and cutting taxes for wealthy people.

Take a look at Mr Rees-Moggs business interests and you will. or should, clearly see that his onjectives are purely personal.
So all the vocal remainers like Hesletine, Blair etc. objectives to stay in EU are not purely personal?
E.G. Hestletine get 900k a year from the EU for his farms? Blair wanted / still wants to be President of Europe. Kinnock gets a big pay check from the EU.
