When I saw your header I thought, this will get a hammering. I think that modern parlance calls it "reading the room". The new season awaits, brimming with a promise that many on here have never witnessed. Kieran has signed a long contract; the ground is undergoing a massively overdue refurb; we're in the market for players worth as much as whole squads of recent vintage and the sun is shining (well almost).
And in that climate you ask about McKenna (who can do no wrong) and a possible successor. You're perfectly entitled to ask what you like, but still, that question was always going to be a summer irritant that would be aggressively scratched. | |
