Had a bit of an ask about this and not heard anything which suggests there's anything in this (as things stand at least based on a swift late evening ask about), Millwall swap still seems to be on as planned.
The Norris line in the tweet understates the position on that a fair bit. From what I gather that is done and dusted just awaiting a rubber-stamp once Bart has gone.
Also I think one of the attractions of Millwall for Bart was being able to stay living in Suffolk, not sure he'd be up for relocating to the North-West, particularly if it was a loan, as I assume is being proposed.

Aware of, and available though... Lambert would know Nuttall well, but I’ve seen tweets suggesting he’s a bad egg in the “burned a £50 note” style so maybe he’s not delivered on the early promise at Rovers?
