Totally agree, incredible pace. Not sure about wages, suspect he is demanding wages above our cut looking at his previous clubs. Brighton, QPR, Sunderland. Especially the last two are tw known for paying way too much on wages.
I feel a I’d rather have kept Carayol on a one year contract. See what he fitness and injury status is like with a proper pre season under his belt. Came to us after barely kicking a ball all season. And the wages obviously match the levels of the club. |  |
