As someone who worked on the project I have never been aware of anyone specifically employed for that. SPR (Scottish Power Renewables) had various site management sections, one of which was safety. But they had an overall brief rather than specific jobs, so it involved site speed checks, site safety inspections, correct use of access points etc. ......and yes it is all underground right up to the Bramford sub station.
Showed glimpses of talent but was just as likely to make a basic error and gift the opponent something. Had a good turn of pace but when going forward his delivery was patchy at best.
If by LSBR you mean block 5 (Block 2 is upper) then it's a reasonably good view. You'll be just a little above the crossbar (I'm Row O) Left hand side of the goal. Personal preference if you want to move seats, you could speak to the person there as most won't mind moving over one space.

Made the mistake of looking at the comments, wished I hadn't. Everyone moaned about how MM picked older more experienced players over young, now we have PH who is looking at young talent they're moaning we need more experience..............you can't win with some people!
I really find him funny, although my wife refuses to watch him! He's better now as he's not trying to be controversial for the sake of it like he seemed to be when he first became well known, but having that bit of edginess is what makes his comedy funny.
