Give him a 2 + 1 deal, insert an option that if he doesn’t play a certain amount of games the club can renegotiate after a year but if he stays fit and plays over a certain amount he gets a decent bonus. As others have said, Bishop is a rare player who can do box to box but has that creative side to pick a sublime pass which can change games. |

Polpeor cafe at Lizard point, Cajun chicken breast topped with cheese and bacon with chips and salad followed up by homemade doughnut, washed down by some nice cider. [Post edited 4 Jan 2019 9:39]

Defo no to Martin, he could fall back in with his crowd from beccles which was the main reason Norwich got shot of him. Would like a decent focal point striker, Murph back perhaps for his 10th spell, goal scoring midfielder and experienced cb. |

Well he put in a hell of a cross first game of the season for our opening goal, probably the best bit of delivery we have seen this year. More experienced and clever player in the central position than anybody we have got, a player who likes to put a shift in (exactly what hursts likes), at least worth a place on the bench to stretch tiring defenders at least. To me it just doesn’t make sense and to not even make him available to be match sharp by playing in the reserves is baffling considering he won’t use them either. |

Phil, have you heard anything about Freddie sears and what he has supposed to have done wrong? Can’t get in the match day squad, can’t get a game in the under 23’s either! Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think he Is the answer in the long term but surely he is worth a place or even a chance at the moment with us not scoring at a decent rate. From what we have heard in the past he isn’t a person to rock the boat either, just seems so strange. |

What were the scummers calling him and garner at the start of the season, ‘poor journeyman strikers’ I think it was. 😂 |

With Maddison knackered I wonder how they will fund the wages next season. I suggest the Norwich fire service cancel all leave over the summer just in case. |

To be able to get in young up and coming players from clubs like Liverpool then yes that is a bonus. I know we would all like to say every single player on this pitch is ours, but in reality it never happens, every club like ours need to use the loan system and if you can get in with one of the big boys then that is a huge plus. But as I said at the end, I would prefer somebody who is here for the long haul, preferably stejin but somebody who takes Ipswich to their heart. [Post edited 17 Apr 2018 8:17]

Pro’s = contacts at major clubs means we would possibly get the pick of young loan players, like to play football the right way, players would look up to them. Con’s = no experience at this level, the media circus will be huge. I would go for Gerrard over Lampard just due to the fact he is working with Liverpool now, but It would always be a case of when not if the leave. We need to build something here not be a stepping stone for somebody. So in that case I would go for a Kuqi or stejin. |

Definitely keep Bishop, perhaps with the change of manager will bring a change in training schedule which might hopefully clear up his injury issues, as others have said he has abilities that our other midfields lack and once fit would be a top championship midfielder at the very least. Hyam is a tough one, it’s always handy to have a tough midfielder like him but I always feel he is one tackle away from a red card. He would probably be a regular league one starter for a club but I feel the championship is probably a step to far. |

But mick didn’t get them for that price, he only identified them. ME done the negotiations. |

Gleason, didzy and I probably think hyam has had his time sadly as well. I would keep bish and Carayol and look to purchase Connolly. I think the most thing is the new manager needs to completely oversee everything at the club like training methods and rehab of injuries to see if we are getting the most out of the squad. |

If he did cost that much then Evans has to take the credit, we are always told he does the negotiating on signings, mick just gives his opinion on how much should be spent. |
