Are we assuming Dozzell could play? If so it's him. Downes and Nydam are quite closely matched at present but Nydam is the youngest of the three and I see him carving out a good career. Potentially all three could be very good players. |  |

What is encouraging is that they are all England internationals and that there are at least two others in the academy who have also been recognised at national level.

They are 3 very different players and despite the promising starts it is impossible to predict where any of them will end up. All 3 of them look like they have one hell of a chance at not just playing for a club our size (hyam) but at really doing something in the game (dyer). It is hard to call which one is best but I have a real soft spot for nydam, possibly because he is younger and possibly because he is so versatile, I like players that are round and can play multiple positions. Agree with this, I think Nydam will turn out to be a very special player. The confidence he has in his own ability to demand the ball off our centre backs on the half turn at the age of 17 is hugely encouraging. |  | | |

I think currently Dozzell then Downes then Nydam. However it’s probably due to the fact Nydam is slightly younger than Downes. All have huge potential, excited to see them all next season as this year will have been massive for their development. | | | |

Dozzell has the advantage of having the additional help from his dad to guide him through things on and off the pitch.
We've all seen players get a big to big for there boots and their off the pitch lifestyle affects their development.
Having his dad who's been through it all should help keep him grounded. | | | |

Dozzell should have the best career out of the 3 of them, he is a cut above most players of his age in the world, he's that good.
Downes will be a good Championship player, not sure he'll ever truly cut it in the PL but will most likely get there.
Nydam should be a star too, he's got the lot but just needs to nail down a position - I think a on the left hand side of a diamond will get the most out of him |  |

Nydam in my opinion will 100% be the best long-term player - I think he'll end up being capable of being top 6 prem.
