Tilt is a really grey area at the moment, DanTheMan has said that Bowyer resigning migh have been fuelled by the chairman and manager both disagreeing on Tilt's transfer fate.
I'm even more negative than you - the two Shrewsbury lads will probably sign but beyond that not holding my breath on any more permanent signings. A few loans, perhaps, to cover weakened positions where we've sold and not replaced.

I'm going with this. It would be the typical Evans thing - although I do agree that Jackson ain't worth a punt at £2.5m

Well just to be clear, I was quoting a local journalist!
From what I gather Bowyer actually wanted to cash in on Tilt to raise money for new players. It's Oyston who wants to keep him, and he's still here...

There is also the concern about who might be leaving. Waghorn(almost certainly),Garner and Knudsen(maybe) plus who else?
I wouldn't be surprised to see Emmanuel and etiher Downes or Nydam go out on loan with a recall clause (if they still exist). We have a lot of options in the middle right now and our young lads need professional game time.
Nolan, Nsiala and Tilt to come in and then Waggy and Garner will go and we'll see either a winger or striker come in to replace. KaiKai is one player I wouldn't be surprised to come in...Hurst has tried to loan him before and he's had solid pre-season...it's just whether Palace want to loan him out again.
If Jonas goes that's another spot that would need filling...Declan John has been told he can go on loan/leave...quality young left-back who has Championship experience.

Garner will stay as we can’t replace him
And that has stopped ME selling before? Remember Daryl Murphy in September 2016. We were then told several months later that Leon Best was the replacement.

I'm with you. Which leaves 2 senior CBs and 2 strikers (if Garner isn't sold - which he probably will be.) We will then get in a loan or two which is something that Hurst said he preferred not to do. We will then be told all the Webster and Waghorn fees have been spent on fees and wages and signing on fees.

We'll spend the Webster and Waghorn fees on loans because we'll desperately need numbers, then there won't be as much in the pot for permanent signings in January.
