Remember Maidstone (n/t) on 16:42 - May 2 with 1307 views | bluejacko | As it happens I do! This is much different though isn’t it? Any hint of complacency with that game won’t be in evidence Saturday!
Remember Maidstone (n/t) on 16:47 - May 2 with 1274 views | gainsboroughblue | Just a reminder that anything can happen, which everybody knows. I think most people could see it was a total freak of a game. I may not have been looking in the right places but I don't recall there even being much in the way of p1ss taking over it.

Remember Maidstone (n/t) on 16:51 - May 2 with 1237 views | stonojnr | The funny thing about that game, which was a well deserved victory for them, is I'm surprised more teams haven't tried to play how they did against us.
Remember Maidstone (n/t) on 17:15 - May 2 with 1131 views | FrimleyBlue | I remember a lineup that consisted of Ball Humphreys Aluko ( Specific performance in this game bless him, on par with Douglas ) And we didn't play with a striker AND, we didn't have hirst AND we didn't have burgess And we didn't start with Davis

Remember Maidstone (n/t) on 17:28 - May 2 with 1065 views | ghostofescobar | Shut up, shut up, shut up, shut up, shut up, shut up.............. This does keep popping into my mind to be fair. But surely the players and coaches have learnt from that experience? And that was the single biggest day of that clubs life, with 5k fans there and something (a massive something) to play for. Still keeps popping into my head though!

Remember Maidstone (n/t) on 17:36 - May 2 with 1005 views | MattinLondon | A good manager learns from bad results. Therefore, I do not for one second believe that KM will be thinking ‘job done’. He’ll insist on the squad being completely professional, not showboating or showing signs of complacency. The Maidstone result, though embarrassing, will have helped KM improve as a manager. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

We didn't lose because we fielded a team of players all several leagues better than Maidstone.

Indeed, but im not going into saturdays game thinking I need that specific team to get a result v huddersfield. If we went into saturday with no striker, no davis, no burgess, Aluko and Ball in the lineup, then yes I'd be worried.

Remember Maidstone (n/t) on 20:06 - May 2 with 647 views | ibbleobble | Difference being we don’t need to attack to get caught in the break. I’d be happy if we kicked it into the stands for 90 minutes and took a point.

I don't think I've ever known us to go into a game needing only a point.
