The Swansea ifollow commentators said Leif Davis and Morsy had committed a couple of assaults in the first half!! But they were clueless. Every decision they were (figuratively) jumping up and down until they watched the replay and had to back track to admit they were wrong. Absolute drivelling idiots. Was noticeable against millwall that the ref was giving a lot more of those 'soft' fouls - the sort that refs haven't been giving all season for jostling a bit (hence Millwall's glut of early free kicks) - whereas yesterday it was back to normal for the most part.
But overall that's 2 games with mostly decent refs. |  |

It’s the same the world over. Every set of fans think they’re hard done by officials. Look as us lately, for example.
Ref yesterday wasn’t good though and certainly let a few things go in our favour. Leif was lucky to still be on the pitch at half time for a start. There was an obvious yellow when he went through the back of their winger and 2 off the ball blatant pushes to stop the winger getting beyond him (one of which resulted in a yellow). We were quite ‘pushy’ yesterday in general, but if the ref lets you get away with it…
It wasn’t all one way though - their keeper made a great save from Kieffer which resulted in a goal kick.
The lino on the left had a bit of trouble working out the difference between the teams too, with a few odd decisions for throw ins. |  |

I think that set the tone. You could say is was better game management from us, as we adjusted to that and played to the limits. Mind you, as Guthers said at other times he’d give the really soft ones where players fall over to win a free kick. Anything with intent to win the ball he let go, even when mis-timed and the player was taken out. He didn’t pick up on Clarke’s obvious time wasting either. We’d have been howling at him for that if roles were reversed. | |

They were comedy. The one where they gasped and accused Mass of going in studs up but the ln on replay realised he went in with his shins - almost the exact opposite of studs showing. |  | | |
