Bent Lane

Darren or Marcus ?

I must admit in less enlightened days I did chortle at some of our knuckle dragging fans back in the day wearing Bent on their backs.

Andy Nelson Road

The great thing about this thread is that if people aren't looking at a map with a magnifying glass, they're dusting of their copies of The Men Who Made The Town on the off chance someone called Lawrence Lovetofts or Miles Humber-Doucy played a single game for Town in 1911.

Buggs Lane, Brettenham (IP7 postcode).

Ernest Bugg was top scorer in 1911/12. He lost a leg later in WW1 but lived on until 1946. That season we finished 5th in the Southern Amateur League (out of 9). I assume the Oxford away game was fog-bound.
