Team for Accy on 12:15 - Mar 6 by ElderGrizzly | I know he says he's only looking at one game at a time, but Bolton must be high on his thoughts before selecting tomorrow's team. I'd be saving Davis and Luongo for that away game rather than risking them tomorrow. |
Seriously, it’s only only Bolton on Saturday - they have had 8 games since the beginning of February - we don’t need to be resting players in preparation, we need to be working out how to make them run around like the pitch is on fire for 90 minutes and picking them off. But we REALLY need to beat AS - so put the strongest possible team out for that one and make sure that is a W

Team for Accy on 22:41 - Mar 5 by StokieBlue | I think it should be the other way round. Start the best possible side, get the game won if possible and then rest people via subs. SB |
Agree with this. We're in the final stretch now. If people get injured, they get injured, but we need to do everything we can to win every game. Rotation early in the season makes sense because "it's a marathon not a sprint" but we need to be sprinting now.

Team for Accy on 09:15 - Mar 7 with 242 views | NthQldITFC | I'm swinging left and right like the wassname on top of the piano on this one. I can really see the merits of both points of view. And that's a good thing, because... A) If we stick to the same side and get a few injuries before Bolton, I'm comfortable that the replacements will be able to do the job at Bolton. B) If we rest key or slightly injured players tonight with Bolton in mind, I'm also confident that any players coming in tonight will get the job done. So although I'm swinging both ways (oo-er!) my pendular motion does not make me feel remotely queasy. It's the sign of a club/squad in a very good place. C-O-Y-B!

I agree with Frimley think it will be the side protecting some players to play Saturday at Bolton
