I’m pleased Farke has gone. 15:38 - Nov 7 with 2645 viewshandslikeplates

Actually thought he was an extremely good manager for Norwich in the Championship, bringing regular success & results at the top end of the Championship, which was/is possibly about their level. Pleased that we don’t have to face a Farke Norwich in the future when we make it back to the Championship.

Hi Pootle.

Poll: Which manager of the Marcus Evans era do you dislike the most?

Think it depends on who they get as a replacement, as good as he was in the Championship he was so much worse in the Prem. If they get someone who actually keeps them up they will be laughing.

Luckliy Villa is now the best available job

Poll: If we could perm sign just one, which would it be?

They have got it wrong more often, so if they get it wrong, they could be where we are now in a few years.
If they go for Lampard, they will be mid championship at best.

I agree that Lampard would be a very good option for them.

Unless you spend money and gamble, clubs like Norwich and WBA will never be good enough for the top flight.
Clubs like Southampton, Leicester, Burnley and Wolves are only a couple of bad signings away from the drop.

Also, Chris Wilder has, thankfully, been snapped up by Middlesborough so they won't get the best available replacement.

The philosophy and style of play dictated by Webber will stay the same just a change of coach a bit like Watford

I doubt it, they've had far less managers than us in the past few years.

I don't think they'll get Knutsen, or more, I hope they don't get Knutsen. Really highly regarded but he's about to potentially win a title in about 4 games time when there season ends early, can't see him leaving that!

If true, that looks a significant gamble. Although they have little enough time to search out someone if they haven't already done so given their plight (contradicting at least one press report that suggested that Webber would now embark on a search).
