That walked-in Villa goal 18:50 - Apr 28 with 2611 viewskozmik

I'm sure I saw something similar in a game in the early 70s - anyone remember?

Definitely not the first time it has happened.

Didn't Arsenal and Sheff U replay a game due to a similar incident?

Truly impaired.

We've let opposition teams do it countless times this season.

Thought it was funny that Jannson still tried to defend the goal and completely missed his clearance. What a knob.

I thought we did the same for Chris Marsden’s goal for Southampton in 2002.

What would happen if it was the goalie who didn't agree and saved the shot and picked the ball up and booted it upfield?

It’s definitely happened in fairly recent years too - remember seeing a link on BBC from a League One or League Two game where it happened. Can’t remember the exact circumstances but think it may have been something like a team were kicking it back to the other team but managed to kick it in the goal from 40 yards with the keeper out of position

I always wonder how the other team then decides who is going to get the goal when they’re being allowed to score!

Highlighting crass stupidity since sometime around 2010

I remember that, it was at Doncaster!

Poll: An interesting day for our politicians, but which one is worse?
