Indeed. Sad to see him go even though it’s probably for the best. Says a lot about the man that he will me missed by everyone who works for the club.

Having seen the abuse he received at Brentford I now understand what he was talking about. Nice to leave on a win.

Justifiably so. The ones that deserve that moniker will no doubt be falling over themselves to distastefully celebrate his leaving.

Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand.

To be fair a lot of our fans are. The most recent example booing a decision to take off a 19 year old making his debut who 3 months ago was hacking around in Ireland and has since been playing in u23 football. Stepping into his first game against a championship side fighting for survival. Beggars belief really.

Anyway, thanks Mick. Definitely time to move on but that doesn’t detract from his efforts. I’ve not always agreed with a lot he’s done but he’s always done it with the best intentions.

Fair play to him. Very dignified there. I hope people who have been abusive towards him watch that and feel genuine shame.

Indeed. He said the reaction was pathetic. Didn't actually say the fans themselves were pathetic.

These last few weeks have really made me realise that we have a massive melt contingent within our fan base, and a new manager isn't going to change that.

They're here to stay, with their sense of entitlement and outrage at not getting their way.

Other clubs have ultras, we have flouncers.

Well, he has a point.

I feel it was time for him to go and yet I feel sad at the same time. I think he'll be back down here next season with another club... he'll probably knock us out of the FA Cup in the third round!
