Completely agree, if this was from a colleague in my office I'd expect all sorts of stick. Just unexpected when coming from an employee of a company we give business to and who I have never met/seen before. Just thought it was all a bit odd and unnecessary. |

A bite amongst Town fans I guess in this forum but not in front of my colleagues etc in the office. |

Not a huge poster but have to share this story that has just happened at work... I work in Saffron Walden and facilitated access to my brother's house for a local appliance company to install his new oven. They picked up the key no problem and just dropped it off. The engineer who dropped the key off said 'your brother is an Ipswich fan obviously' I confirmed this and that I too am an Ipswich fan. The engineer then said he must leave now as I could guess with that remark that he was a Norwich fan(scummer). As he left my office he couldn't help himself and said 'good game Sunday' to which I said it wasn't a great game to watch but fair result, he then finished off with 'Klose though, Klose for you guys, better luck in 9 years'. Perhaps I am bitter/gutted but in a professional capacity I think this chap should just keep his mouth shut and get on with his day to day appliance fitting without stepping into my office and spouting his bullsh*t. Roles reversed I certainly wouldn't be making quips at work to someone I'd not met before and a customer. Thanks for reading. (deep breath) |

Couldn’t agree more. On the budget we have as a club I cannot see how we could do better than we are. If in a season or two’s time I am proved wrong then I will more than happily hold my hand up for not having a clue but I really think that despite not being ‘fashionable’ Mick has turned it round again after some real dross last year. I see about 10 games a season and the 5 I’ve seen this year are light years better than last season. Onwards and upwards. If we finish top half it would be a good season when you consider the sort of budgets we are up against and yes, unfortunately football is about money these days. You only have to look at the Premier League to see that. There will always be a Huddersfield to buck the trend but that’s a once in 5/10 years thing |

Still no news on Emyr... Very much fear for the worse here. |

I'm sure Mick and the phyio's etc thought he would need an operation. I presume as we haven't heard anything about this since last week, he is going to be out until after Christmas. Often when we don't get an update it ends up being bad news. Anybody know for sure? Concerned he has a history of these niggles and he may often be a bit like McGoldrick. Mercurial at best but often not on the pitch at all. |

Nugent is a big doubt for Derby's game tonight so fingers crossed the same injury curtails him on Tuesday. |
