I'm sure Mick and the phyio's etc thought he would need an operation. I presume as we haven't heard anything about this since last week, he is going to be out until after Christmas. Often when we don't get an update it ends up being bad news. Anybody know for sure? Concerned he has a history of these niggles and he may often be a bit like McGoldrick. I'd expect the news not to be good either way. If he needs rest then it will equate to months out, if it needs an operation surely a minimum of 5/6 months? I look at David Haye he is just getting back to fitness now, he had his operation back in March.
He certainly played well for us end of last season, but he has got form in terms of a poor injury record. Hopefully, MM will be asked during his presser later this week? Come on Phil!!!  | |
