There are more than 3 teams worse than us. Results will pick up. We’ll finish in the top 14. |

Back to the origin point: Ipswich are no better equipped to deal with a no deal Brexit than any other team in the Championship, based on what we currently know. |

The article referenced is a case study of one family in the current format - not what would happen if there is a no deal. In addition, the issues discussed, were in a period that none of the countries Karin (and her family) originated from were part of the EU (all we’re talking about Brexit). Not sure about the correspondence you refer too. How can you write to people if you have no idea what will happen? |

Not the point. The question was are we best prepared for a no deal Brexit? Doesn’t mater how many EU citizens you have on the bench until someone explains, what happens to people that aren’t British if there is a no deal. I don’t think, there has ever been a suggestion that people will be deported. Therefore doesn’t matter if you have 9 GB or 9 EU on the bench (outside of league rules on HG). |
| Forum Reply | What is with the certainty that Waghorn is going?? at 16:00 22 Jul 2018
Either we offer him a new contract and he signs or we sell. Nothing to do with Evans or a lack of ambition, it’s simple economics. We don’t want to lose him but if we do t offer a new contract (for whatever reasons), he’s going get tempted by a 4 year contract - even if it’s the same wage. There hasn’t been any noises that he’s been offered a contract, so I’m expecting, Hurst wants the most amount of cash to buy a number of players to improve the squad. We certainly need bodies. My work mate is a Shrewsbury season ticket holder. He was gutted when he left. We talk pretty much daily. I’ve expressed my concerns and he has told me to trust his judgement. He builds systems rather than the best 11. Basically, I love Waggy as much as the next man, but if we can get £8 mill (he was worth £200k 12 months ago), and we buy 4-5 players and have a squad, ive no problems with that. God forbid, Waggy gets injured early season, we’ll have no cash and a light squad. There are pros to selling. |

Ok, stick £150 on Millwall to beat us on Monday (no double chance). You haven’t got the balls. All has. Agree with you bet with your head, but you NEVER bet against your team. Especially in the 5/4 bracket. |

I hope you lose your house. Why start now you have got what you wanted? Why can’t you support your club? Not McCarthy, but the team that I, and many others adore? The odds are so short, unless you stick them in an acca (which I’d doesn’t sound like you plan too), you will need to put on £150 to watch your team and want them to lose (to pay for your season ticket). If this is the way you plan to fund your season ticket, have you considered Wigan to beat Portsmouth? You can have that for free. The first rule of football betting, is you NEVER bet against your own team. Stay classy. |

What's happened to him?. Played when he signed, not seen since. Forgot we had him tbh. |

Since he signed, I can't get "Cecilia" by Suggs out my head. A play with it sums up the mood in the camp and a sing a long.
