McCarthy's Pre-Bristol City Press Conference - Watch Again
at 10:14:29

9) Given that Freddie Sears was played up front on his own effectively, had you already given up on the playoffs? Have you now done so?

10) Why change 3 at the back when we were so solid with it? Given our only defeats in 10 were by the two teams about to be promoted, why were you so scared of facing lowly Hull at home?

11) Why do you say that every team is a good team? Of course they are. But relatively speaking Hull are rubbish. So are Burton. So are Birmingham.

12) Why rest players to stop them potentially being suspended in games that won't matter, risking us losing and then being in that exact position!

McCarthy's Pre-Bristol City Press Conference - Watch Again
at 10:10:00

I think we all know how this is going to play out.

McCarthy needs to be addressed on a few things

1) The show on the pitch seemed to be sticking two fingers up at the fans yet again. What was it all about and how should fans have taken it?

2) I know you say you're tired of talking about your future but fans do deserve to know if a decision has been made by yourself and the club or is this as yet undecided?

3) We've not scored in 5 successive home matches for the first time ever. How do you feel about this? Surely you are hurting by that record being attached to your name

4) Do you still believe it's a minority that want you to leave?

5) You previously said you didn't want to be still here walking in front of 10,000, but that is now the case, regardless of tickets counted as sold. So what has changed?

6) Do you stand by your comments that Nydam was booed? People groaned and were frustrated but fans do not consider he was booed. In fact if anything Nydam and Morris were treated generously in what was a frustrating evening.

7) Why, now that results are poorer and the goals have dried up, are you so reluctant to discuss tactics?

8) Why are you walking out of this press conference like a massive overgrown child?

Can somebody please talk to him about tactics.

If he says he doesn't want to, then insist. 0 goals in 5 successive home games he could do with some bloody advice on tactics!

Bialkowski: Contract Will Be Signed
at 17:00:11

Forgive the negatively but ...

This is quite shocking. We have our best player, a huge financial asset and other teams were interested in January.

I completely trust Bart and expect he means what he says but it's amazing that this was not sorted prior to the transfer deadline. If Bart was to decide not to stay we've just lost a huge amount off his transfer value and he's one of the only sizeable saleable assets we have.

Bart hasn't signed it as there are still a couple of details to sort out. If they were sorted, he'd have signed it. As long as those details aren't sorted there's the potential for us to mess him around or him to mess us around.

It's staggering incompetence from Evans once again. Trust is a wonderful thing but this is millions of pounds here, circumstances change and we should be protecting our own position, have had this sorted out months ago and not let the window shut with our biggest asset able to screw us over. Not that he will, but if his agent had any sense they could easily use this against us.

McGoldrick Back for East Anglian Derby

His ability to return to fitness just as we have a game on TV is uncanny.

Just like his ability to get injured just after transfer windows close.

Skuse: Derby Win Could Spark Play-Off Push
at 16:25:11

Thanks Cole Cliché.

You know a win against Burton could have kick-started a playoff push too. Or kick-started a run of form that would see us win at Norwich.

I wonder why none of you put in any effort last week, when there were even more points available from which to claw back this playoff deficit.

Utterly pointless generic claptrap.

McCarthy in France
at 10:56:56

It's not really news this is it.

He makes a trip at the start of every year to retrieve the 4,000 balls we've lost from forward passes at Portman Road and Playford Road.

Sells them for £10,000 to webuyanyball.com and gets given a summer transfer budget with it.

McCarthy Yet to Consider Future
at 16:57:49

There are all sorts of reasons why, if Mick was leaving, he might suggest otherwise - getting the best out of the players being one.

I feel though, sadly we are at the stage where even if Mick knows he's 100% leaving in the summer in his heart of hearts, he would still suggest he hadn't decided just to wind the fans up. He seems to take genuine pleasure from doing so.

I've spent months laughing at the horrible Leo Vegas logo plastered on Norwich's shirts.

I'm going to have to delete some comments now. Their logo looks superb compared to this monstrosity.

Want to Play at Portman Road?
at 13:28:33

This is a fantastic idea that gives players, who are nowhere near professional standard, the chance to play at a proper stadium.

I hear that Iorfa thoroughly enjoyed his turn on Saturday and said it was well worth the £300.
