A better idea would have been kids in Fancy Dress get in for half price. We don't seem to do enough to encourage people through the gates more. There never seem to be any incentives. Kids for a quid, twice a season should be a must in my opinion. |

Maybe the reason we are starting slowly is because the team selection is consistantly wrong? I think that Scotland will do a job for us, but he won't do anything when he is isolated up front each and every game. The one game that we did go with 2 up front, we decided to go woth 4 centre midfielders, therefore they got absolutely no service whatsoever. I think that without a proper assistant manager who has the bo***ks to advise Keane on where we are going wrong, we really could struggle from hear on in. I for one, would also be gutted if Keane was still in charge when the inevitable sale of Wickham goes through as he does know how to waste a good bit of money. Apologies for the negative post, but I really can't see how Keane is going to get us anywhere? |

If the loan striker was Jason Roberts then we would be laughing. With Townsend & Edwards on the wings, Jason Roberts up front alongside anyone from Wickham, Priskin or Scotland, I think we would be guaranteed a play-off spot. He is big, quick & strong and can finish. Definitely too good for this league but can't get into Blackburn.

It would be great to get Colback back in a blue shirt, but to push on and really start to threaten the automatic promotion places, a player such as Jason Roberts would be perfect. He is quick, strong & finishes well. I think any of our current strikers would work well off of him. He is a similar player to Wickham in some respect, but as stated on here many times, we cannot rely on a 17 year old no matter how could he is and potentially will be. |
