No you are correct, Biggs ran against him and the way I worded that was incorrect.

Which is what?

I've never voted Tory in my life, and I'm not suggesting this is the right way to go about it but you're saying it's not an issue, I am saying it is and needs sorting out. Electoral fraud is very real in this country and needs addressing, maybe not this way but it needs addressing.

forgive me if I misread, but you're suggesting it's not a problem, or is it not a problem because it was a labour Mayor elected in Tower Hamlets illegally?

We've had plenty of electoral fraud in Tower Hamlets, Mayor removed, Met investigations and all sorts of shennanigans. TBH if ID will stop that and the associated illegal activities associated with it then I don't have a problem with it, I can't believe I live in the only place affected by this even if it's ne of the worst.

On this showing I think Japan could give anybody a game, I wouldn't be against them beating the saffers in the next round.

I remember in my very early days at school we had 'plant a tree '73' when we all got small trees to plant. I think this may have been off the back of Dutch Elm disease.

I also recall my old man having involvment in something maybe 20 years ago which I think was a tree planting initiative but the Rotary Club. He's not here to ask now sadly.

Just binge watched season one on Netflix, anybody seen it?

I found myself watching with horrified fascination, hardly able to contemplate how I'd react in the same circumstances.

For those not aware, it's secret cameras filming volunteer inmates in an American County Jail, nobody including the guards are aware that they're not just new inmates.

The men's section in particular came across as a horrific experience where you had to literally fight for your place in the pecking order, or at least be prepared to do so.

It's thanks to people like you I'm still here, and probably annoying you, so am grateful on a daily basis.

It feels like it happened to someone else and was long ago now, but I'm very thankful for the chance to continue my life which is wholly down to medical professionals.

Good job, and you're entitled to feel very smug.

Agree with that, and you end up playing in the league you deserve so no arguments from me.

Surely as a Town fan all you want to see is your team winning whilst in amongst other Town fans? If you can do that on a terrace then it's a bit of a bonus.

Regardless of what went before anybody not enjoying this season so far needs to take a long hard look at themselves.

I am currently the subject of a witch-hunt in my office

It was an East End gangsters tour, was originally run by Stephen Iforgethisname who played Nick the Greek in lock stock when I booked it. When we went, sometime later, it was Vaz Iforgethisname instead.

It was fun and good value actually and he clearly knew a lot of 'names' or rather had grown up with the sons of them. There was a hilarious moment when he was berating a load of young lads down a back alley who were doing the little laughing gas canisters and generally he was genial and fun.

There were just a couple of little moments that made you think he thinks he's a lot bigger than he actually is, coupled with him then trying to sell signed pictures of him in Fools and Lock Stock at the end for about a tenner a pop.

I'll try and find a link, it's worth doing and wasn't expensive, starts in the Blind Beggar you'll be amazed to know.

This is the link, but I know for a fact I paid around half that with one of the 'experience' companies. https://britmovietours.com/bookings/gangster-tour-of-london/

I did a very entertaining East London walking tour with 'The Shadow' last year, nice guy though another that seems to think he's more famous than he actually is.

Reads like a list of my favourites too, have you tried Frostpunk? That's fun.

I've never tried Dwarf Fortress which I keep reading is one of the inspirations for a lot of these games, currently back into Civ 6 though tbh.

I hate to say it, but if we don't go up automatically from here then something has to go very wrong.

It will be interesting to see the effect this season has on the club, will we immediately become lower table fodder once more in the Championship, or can the impetus gained propel us higher even if only for a while?

What's wrong with my grey hair?

Jackson and Nolan are really growing into their roles this season, it clearly is a big step down but both are showing that they could have what it takes to be an integral part of a side further up the leagues, depending of course on how high our ambitions rest.
