Today's Sunak should look in the mirror quote... 12:54 - Mar 22 with 692 viewsElderGrizzly

Sunak on Starmer this morning:

"Starmer is arrogantly taking the British people for granted” and “assuming that he can just stroll into Number 10 without saying what he would do”.

Not Sunak who of course rolled into No.10, without his own mandate, unopposed and unelected by even his own party, let alone the British people.

Call an election now you utter turd stain

I'm not sure why Sunak is so vocal about that. Its a reflection on his party that he's right, and Labour will still win an overwhelming majority. What does it say about the sentiment towards this government?

If he wants to compel Labour to make a wide-ranging statement on policy perhaps he should call a General Election, at which point they'll gladly put together a manifesto.

Until that point they'll remain His Majesty's Most Loyal Opposition, with no obligation to do anything other than hold the Government to account.

Meh. Labour will presumably publish a manifesto and there may even be more in it than the tory one (based on recent track records).

It would be nice if politicians questioned the mundane crap that they're being spoon-fed by their media advisors (or whoever is feeding them this sort of rubbish).

Poll: Do you think Pert is key to all of this?

Having turded up everything they’ve touched, made everyone poorer in every way bar their people - the privileged, all he and his disgraceful shower have left is sowing fear about the opposition. There’s nothing else left for them.

Starmer can tell us what they propose when the tories release their rotting claws from power and call an election. Until then Roland Rat lookalike Sunak, shut up and try and do something worthwhile for a change.

Your last sentence is very unfair.
