How much do you know about these former Suffolk RAF airbases?

I'm particularly intrigued by the seaplane base at Felixstowe.

Just found this aerial photo from 1944 which shows some of it:

Also shows what looks like anti E-boat/U-boat nets across the harbour on an ebbing tide.

Yes this leapt out at me as well. Does proof reading not exist anymore or did somebody actually think there was a battle of the bugle 🎺
