The biggest tip that PH would ever give regarding his successful time at Shrewsbury would probably be along the lines of... Make sure the owner of the club gives you a good 3 or 4 (more if real progress is shown) years to build a good solid team that all know exactly the way you want the game to be played... yano I would imagine something like that anyway ;)_
