Next to nothing. The biggest and most damaging thing is getting a Republican leaning Supreme Court Judge installed.
But even that hasn’t saved his key policies he campaigned on, he has not got one into law or a policy on them in place.
No wall, not a real travel ‘ban’, no repeal of Obamacare and Hillary is still not locked up.
And this is all part of the Republican plan. Give him enough room to hang himself and then easier to replace as his base turns against him | | | |

For 20 odd years I went to Puerto Rico 4 or 5 times a year. When I first went it enjoyed huge subsidies from the US. These were gradually taken away with expected consequences for the island.
