I am in the process of moving out of the Home office (HO) into a Small Office (SO) at the moment and am faced with a number of issues as you might well imagine.
The biggest one is furniture, namely computer desks. I have planned out space for 4 banks of dual monitor desktop terminals and a server cabinet as well as laptop access on a different subnet. This is quite an expensive venture as you might well have deduced so I am looking to try and curb the costs a bit with furniture, I can't really take my HO equipment out of the home as I need it, and it would be mismatch.
Anywhere online decent with furniture in bulk that you know of? Im looking for 4 L-shape desks with lockable storage that are cable management friendly, office chairs, a break/meeting table with chairs, magnetic white boards, notice board, lockable book cabinets, lockable laptop cabinet and probably a shed load of other crap in the future.
The details of the list are likely not as important as the sense of scale I am looking to order, so any recommendations on suppliers for my SO adventure would be grand ta. |  |

If you're on facebook, you often see job lots from office clearances in the marketplace, that are of decent quality, at a fraction of the price you'd need to pay for new. Might be worth a look.

I found some old wooden school teacher type desks at some charity warehouse.
I know that wkj is looking for something more modern but these were great; large, solid with proper drawers, not the puny rattly rubbish that some of the over-priced new models had. [Post edited 18 Jun 2019 10:53]

They are literally 100 yards from my office, so that may be why, but they're pretty good in my experience. Not sure where you are obviously, but I'm sure their range stretches beyond 100 yards, so may be worth a look. |  |
