Travis to me, looked much more in tune with the way we play tonight - strength of our coaching, etc. - but he was dropping into holes for Hladky and for Clarke as we 'pissed around with it at the back' (note:sarcasm) beautifully and looked just like Morsy or mass in many ways. Very encouraging. |  |

I agreed thought he slotted in well and got up to speed quickly. It is also interesting that Morsy took up the left-sided Mass role when the change happened rather than the sub taking that side, something he was doing when Kieran first joined but not recently.
Travis is due to sign permanently in the summer, is seen as a long-term addition, and has been looking at houses. |  | | |
