I see Wales are playing France at egg ball on the Sunday. No hotels in Cardiff unless you have unlimited funds!

Indeed. Train only takes just over an hour from Bristol.

Quite pricey for a Premier Inn though.

I think they’ve already announced the March TV matches, so it’ll be on the Saturday.

If anyone’s coming down from the north looking to stay over, there’s a Manchester to Swansea train, if that’s any good. There should be hotels in Swansea and it’s less than an hour to Cardiff from here (it’s not ideal, but could be an option if anyone’s desperate for overnight accommodation).

Our mini-slump to fourth will allow Sky Sports Leeds to focus on their favourites, Leicester and Southampton over the next few weeks.

Although I can guarantee the Southampton home game won’t kick off at 3pm on Easter Monday.

12:30 would probably be better.

Bristol City v Swansea has already been moved to the Sunday so you’d expect that to be Sky’s Sunday game.

On the Saturday you’ve got Sheff Wed v Leeds and Southampton v Sunderland which would probably command more of a nationwide interest than us.

Of course, if Sky have got their trucks in Bristol on the Sunday, they might like Cardiff on the Saturday,

We’ll find out shortly but really hoping it’s a normal 3pm.

Presumably the rest of March televised games, prior to Easter, will be announced soon. Premier League games already known.

Expecting Easter games to follow next week. Surely odds on the Southampton game will move, as will the following game up the road.

They announce them one week at a time, with four weeks' notice:

So Easter matches will be announced by (probably on) 1 March.

The game the following weekend is also very unlikely to remain Saturday 3pm. Just a question of 12:30 Saturday or Sunday.

To those in the know, what are the chances of this making it to ST holder sale? It’s a close game for me, and if hotels are an issue then it might be a game I can actually get to.

I reckon this game will make the 5+ points bracket and possibly general sale. Should be a fairly decent allocation.

Swansea made general sale, I expect Cardiff will do the same.

There were a few hotels around Newport for £120. Still a lot of money but not as crazy in the Cardiff ones.

Chepstow (40 mins by train from Cardiff) or Gloucester (an hour) might be worth a try. Neither's the centre of the universe entertainment-wise but could be an option.
