I don't mind the cold but the constant clouds are getting incredibly annoying.

Not much point having a hobby that involves being able to see the sky if it's constantly covered in clouds. I think there has been 1 night in the last 1.5 months when it was clear.

You lucky so and so's - it's going to be 39c tomorrow here in Perth - do you have any idea how hard it is to cope with weather that hot!!

I'm not actually joking - once it gets above 35c you can't really do anything other than stay home, crank up the air-conditioning and grit your teeth. Either that or sit in the pool with a few cold beers ;-)
