It’s a shock now when a teàm form a higher division beats a team from a lower division IF the lower division team is trying to win.
But as you might remember - most teams, including Town don’t even bother to compete in the cup now - relying on a long term strategy to fool gullible supporters that the league is more important and it’s ’a squad game’.

If we weren't going into this match off the back of a five-game winless run, I'd have been more than happy for us not to bother on Saturday and get these cup games out of our schedule at the earliest possible opportunity.

Our team that played QPR would be considered a good league 1 team.
-Ladapo
-Humphreys ( at this stage of his career )
-Harness ( though I like him as a championship backup most would agree not a championship starter )
-Hutchinson ( premier league player in the making but not a championship player who performs week in week out yet )
-Dominic Ball
Hladky, Burgess both definately are championship level players now but neither have been championship regulars until this season.
