Any recommendations for where to eat in Woodbridge? Lots of places look lovely, but anyone here have a top tip?

If you drive a short way out of Woodbridge to Shottisham, the Sorrel Horse is excellent. I had some dinner there recently and was a happy chappy.

No car this evening unfortunately. It's a toss up between the Crown, the Bull or the Galley.

My other half is not a fan. What's the Boathouse like for dinner?

it seems it doesn't work for bluechev, but otherwise this is a good answer. an excellent community owned pub doing much better than standard pub food.

And so as the loose-bowelled pigeon of time swoops low over the unsuspecting tourist of destiny, and the flatulent skunk of fate wanders into the air-conditioning system of eternity, I notice it's the end of the show

Not terrible, but overpriced in my opinion. The Anchor near the station has a good rep according to my mum, but I have not been there myself.

Bistro 47 is magnificent.

Don't boil a kettle on a boat.

I've eaten at all 3 of those, and enjoyed all of them, so a decent selection - where did you end up?

Blue Salt. I tried to resist but I’m weak and I love steak.
