There seems to be a lack of rumours or tweets about Hirst. I can't help think that Leicester in the mini crisis that they are in are saying to us that right now they aren't selling him. Im guessing they are looking at off loading the high earners first and getting in some fees, before they would contemplate selling him to a division rival.
As a result Im doubtful now this transfer will happen. I suspect we won't want to hang on in the window and miss other targets.

That all sounds plausible. If i was them, I wouldn't be loaning or selling him to a rival and I suspect that ship sailed when they were relegated. I'd happily be surprised though- I'd have him back in a heartbeat. |  |

Leicester are going to have a massive amount of work to o during the summer. I would imagine he is well well down their list of priorities. They’ll want to get a new manager in and let them assess what is left of their squad before making decisions I would imagine. I can’t believe he will be their first or second choice striker if he stays so I imagine he’ll end up moving on either permanently or on loan again but they’ll want reinforcements in the building before they let him leave. Can’t see it happening until well into pre-season if it happens at all. | | | |
