Unnecessary pop that.

If he didnt write off that debt, we wouldn’t be here.

If he'd run the club competently in the first place, we wouldn't be here...

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

I do wonder what his thoughts are about our club. Hopefully he is pleased for us and maybe wondering why it didn't happen on his watch. Would be interesting to know..

We didn't hear from him when he owned the club, I wouldn't expect to now he doesn't.

Why would they let him? He has zero chance of investing more in this club.

Truly impaired.

He has an opportunity to invest each time there's an equity raise. But he would only be able to go above 5% if others stopped investing, i.e. so he won't bother.

He must be kicking himself looking at where we are now. He probably did put enough money in but sheer incompetence and stupidity cost him. If Ashton is on £600k he would have paid his own salary many times over getting fees for players we lost on frees etc.

Truly impaired.

Incredible to think we did ok in the Championship for a number of seasons but that reflects the quality of Mick and some of his recruitment. In hindsight it was always going to fall apart (as it threatened to do several times before MM arrived) when he left.

Are you still in touch with him? I'm not sure he will be punching the air at the moment, I guess he is licking his wounds still.

Evans: A Brilliant Day For the Club 30th Apr 2023 16:39
Midfielder Lee Evans hailed yesterday’s promotion to the Championship courtesy of the 6-0 walloping of Exeter City as a brilliant day for the club and one which was well deserved. 10

He was never one for doing anything publicly..
No doubt he's congratulated the Club in some way, privately..

I would hope he has congratulated Gamechanger personally

He ground us into the ground but he at least left us in better hands, for that I am sure we are all grateful for at least

Alcohol is the answer but I can't remember the question!
