Bookies are never wrong - right? 15:23 - Mar 7 with 1017 viewsmattrolow

For the gamblers amongst us...

Don't know if this has been posted already - but we're set to break the record for the shortest priced team in the EFL (excluding last game of the season) now at 1/7 (1.14) on SkyBet to win tonight.

Previous record for L1 was 23/100 (1.23)

We're good - but is it a forgone conclusion like this suggests?

What are the odds on Accrington then? Might be worth a gander.

Favourites, certainly. Foregone conclusion, absolutely not. Accrington have been stubborn on the road of late, they've drawn their last 3 away and conceded 1 goal in the process. They've only scored 1 too, and I don't think they've tended to show a lot of ambition so I would take Coleman's comments with a pinch of salt. It's one of those for me where if we're leading at h/t we'll be fine. The longer the game goes on if they can start to see the finish line they'll be breaking up any momentum, subs, the time wasting, 'injuries' etc and it could be tough.

Would like to think we've got that covered - but 6/1 the draw could be worth a fiver.

Win, win then...unless we lose.

My advice based on your thread title and first sentence is never ever gamble again.
