Last season Cook managed a team of players that weren't 'his' for 17 games.
This season Cook has managed a completely different team of players that are 'his' for 4 games.
They both seem to play in a very similar way to each other to similar effect.
Now, the bad habits of last season's players can't possibly be inherited by this season's players because they weren't there last season.
So ask yourself, why is this happening? |  |

We keep hearing this mantra about "gel" (I put that on my hair by the way) and "you cannot expect a whole new team to be able to play together straight away".
My question is, what bat$hit crazy person thought it was a good idea to replace a whole team straight away in one go? Perhaps he should have done it a few at a time.

We’ve been rubbish for years. Sadly, nothing much seems to have changed bar the faces in the shirts. But it’s too soon. They’re his players, it’s mid August and it’s up to him/them. |  | | |

Going forward we’re much improved and look a real threat; at the back, we’re poor - simple as that. I’m praying that Walton, Edmunson and hopefully Morsy add that leadership required to resolve simple issues. Burgess is a leader but after that, we have a lot of similar characters with Norwood out and it needs mixing up. |  |
