There's been no internally public decision based on a manager yet. Likely McCarthy could stay, likely he could go. If he is going there is almost certainly no known short list yet. I'd be amazed if he goes before the end of the season if his contract isn't being renewed. Based on that I personally wouldn't be surprised if he stays though.

Thinking about it, it's interesting that Libby is the only one who doesn't see it that way. Perhaps knowing you in the real world he can understand the context of how you would be saying it in person and it just doesn't translate well for the rest of us. Again, that is how it looks to me. I think you seem to equate critism=disagreement=meaness=insulting and I don't believe that to be the case. I believe they are all different things.
Difference of opinion I guess but not one that can't be overcome in the long run.

See the thing is, you never said it was from a "reliable source" in the original post.
I don't really know you or much about you, but read the OP and like many others I suspect thought you're just statng what we all know, which is basically nothing.
I had no idea you knew someone who could confirm that there was nothing to know, and you made no mention of it until halfway down the first page.
