I would say convenience, but given my OP it doesn't stand up to scrutiny does it.

The way the ticket office is run I'm surprised anyone in there actually knows what a ticket is.

Agreed, sometimes though, I won't know if I'm going until game day due to either work, or being involved in other games, so these poxy things are all I get!
