Mckenna doesn't make many mistakes but that was quite obviously a huge one. The difference with moore up top was chalk and cheese. Moore's performance gave us presence up front that has been missing since Hirsts injury.

A little annoyed to be honest. Having bought memberships for the whole family again. I have 17 points, the Mrs 14 and the kids 12 each. Also knowing that at point of purchase meant that if we wanted to go together we would have to wait until the 10+ point Priority window. Now it appears that we have the same Priority over new membership holders. Why have the club skipped 10+?
Is he the problem? Seems to get a free pass every week from our fans even when he performs poorly. I know this will be down voted and controversial but why build a team around such a limited player. Ponderous on the ball. Weak in the tackle and for such a "hardman" in midfield doesn't control games. Doesn't provide a pivot in midfield. We should have spent money in january to strengthen our midfield.
This is not a blip/dip. This is not the form of promotion winners. The last 1/4 of a season we have been piss poor at both ends of the pitch. Can guarantee now that plymouth, wednesday and derby don't have this sort of "dip" for the rest of the season.
For all the positives that have been happening on and off the pitch for past 18 months there is one thing that really irritates me. Stephen foster as stadium announcer. When he reads out the lineups just before Kickoff its as if he doesn't know the lineup until the player is up on the big screen. When Rob Chandler read out the teams it seemed to flow nicely where as Foster bumbles through. There was also a horrible crackle every time his mic was turned on to announce a sub yesterday. On a seperate note, why did the lights in the stands stay on after halftime?
Im a magnus upper block Q season ticket holder with the mrs and kids. In the second half yesterday i got hit on the side of the head by which i think was a coin. It bloody hurt and really pissed me off. What sort of C-unit thinks throwing coins or any missile in a crowd is a good idea? Have heard rumours that pompey fans had tickets in home sections although none made themselves known by cheering their goals. Probably should have reported it to a steward but thought whats the point.
