| News Comment | McSheffrey: Town Probably the Best Team to Come Here at 15:08:57
Thought we were excellent last night, they never laid a glove on us and we looked so assured. Couple of times I thought we could have gone direct and I wanted to see Burns and Celina run at defenders rather than check back which they often did. |

Can't see a Premier club wanting to sign him after seeing him once. I've seen a lot of Wyke and Doyle as I work at Bradford City FC and I'd say no to both. |

I went to see th enamel, we have some good players, very well coached Andy tactically aware. Enjoyed it , quite different to the men's game in that there's no singing and no segregation and referee let a lot of things go that she shouldn't have but a really good day out. Well done ladies. |
| News Comment | Blues in Talks to Sign Gills Keeper at 17:12:53
I'd say let's take him, we must have been watching him. I like the Bradford City keeper O'Donnell but don't think he's available on a free. |
| News Comment | Football Finance Expert Assesses Town's Accounts at 18:15:03
Firstly, I can't see any reason to be a football chairman, according to the above you will lose a tonne o money. We may blame Evans for our demise but how can anyone afford to run a loss making business, invest and incur more losses but if you get promoted you might see that return but oh wait wages go through the roof and player purchase costs triple at least. Only billionaires have money to burn. Secondly, Hull City seem to be a fantastically well run club, how do they do it ? |
| News Comment | Town Topic: Memories of The Beat at 21:43:49
I was at the play off final in the press box at Wembley and was chatting to a bloke about Ipswich, I sort of knew him but couldn't figure out who he was. We spoke about Wayne Brown and I still couldn't recall who he was. We were by a window and as we both looked out talking of how nice the day was a group of Ipswich fans looked up, held their hands up and began shouting "there's only one Kevin Beattie". I nearly peed my pants realising I was talking to the legend that was. R.I.P. Kevin Beattie. |
| News Comment | Bolton Wanderers 1-1 Ipswich Town - Match Report at 18:55:17
Frustrating thing today was how many times we get caught 2v1 on the flanks and we allow teams to rain crosses in. Nobody within 10 yds of their player when he crossed it for the goal and also our throw ins are useless, we give the ball away so cheaply as we have no plan or strategy, it's mistyfying from a coaching point of view. |
| News Comment | Town Among Clubs Linked With Fleetwood Striker at 20:49:26
Saw a lot of him at Bradford and a couple of times for Fleetwood, absolutely not ! Not up to Championship level, poor movement, not an intelligent footballer. No thanks. |
| News Comment | Dyer: I Want to Be Town Boss at 21:44:49
He's learnt under Sir Bobby and George Burley so if he progresses with the youths why not promote him to assistant and then manager One Day ! |
| News Comment | Khumalo Approach "Highly Likely" at 16:11:14
Michael11 I agree, I think 4 cb's is about right for the number of games we'll play. I can't see Bramble getting offered loads of money by anyone and another loan won't be too expensive. The 4 cb's we will then have are pretty watertight !! |
| News Comment | The Ex-Files: Darren Currie at 17:48:38
I remember that dummy he sold when we beat Wigan 2-1 at home ! Skilful player but not always suited to the hustle and bustle needed in the Championship, like he said himself if the team isn't enjoying possession he was ineffective, often criticised for slowing the game down too ! |
