The candidate stinks in my opinion.
Seriously though, this is the first election where I actually think I cannot be bothered to turn up. As much as past me would hate that. The PCCs are just so ... invisible, is that the word? Dunno. |

I think the only thing that's going to tempt KM away at this point is a ManU or similar club making a move. Which is probably unlikely before he has cut his teeth in the PL. If he makes a reasonable fist of things next season but still end up relegated then all bets are off, that will be when a Brighton or West Ham give him a punt. |

Obviously we know that the result is an accumulation of performances over 46 games, but psychologically it is natural to attach significance to one moment. Once we know where we are at come Saturday afternoon, good or bad, what is the defining moment that got us there for you?
For me the winning moment would be the late goal vs Southampton.
If it all goes t!ts up, I'm blaming the reverse at Cardiff. We'd already be up if not for that extra minute. |

Looking at William Hill, can get 16/1 on Leeds top two or similar on a Leeds/Hudds double which is obviously the same thing at this point.
Might be worth a little 'insurance' bet so you get a consolation payout if the worst happens. |

Exactly this.
What Maidstone tells us is freak results can and do happen.
On the point the OP made, who knows really, it could have been the opposite - IIR that was early in a difficult spell for us, a win there might have changed the momentum and we'd have dropped fewer points. |

Yup.
One thing I cling to is that Hudders haven't scored more than one goal since 24/02 v Watford.
But we know that even our many wins Vs lower down teams only came after serious battling, few of them have been straightforward or comfortable. Including Rotherham for example, who made it difficult both home and away. Then there was the anomaly of Maidstone. These things can happen.
Hence why I still be nervous. |
