McKenna has failed on so many fronts when it comes to team selection and strategy and I think we are exceedingly lucky to be where we are at the moment. They say the table does not lie but we have relied on too much lady luck which has a habit of levelling out in the end. It is good that we have inward investment but knowing this club we will waste most of it, as we always seem to do. It is all so damned depressing. |
| News Comment | Moore in Teams of the Week at 14:59:24
Moore is a top quality striker and he has done it at every level - including the Prem when he scored two goals in one game against Spurs! |
| News Comment | Rotherham Match Postponed at 17:31:45
This is outrageously late to make a decision of this magnitude. In my daily vlog Being Frank On Ipswich Town I had already told people that the game was still on and that Rotherham had assured travelling fans that there was not even a need for a pitch inspection. It is shameful conduct on the part of the Millers. |
| News Comment | Page: Burns Pulled Hamstring at 22:39:22
Oh dear. We are doomed! Losing a crucial player in a friendly for months on end is an absolute disgrace - especially as it is a nation going nowhere on the international stage. Now the best we can probably hope for is mid-table I suspect. |
| News Comment | TownTV's Big Launch On Saturday at 22:15:23
EAdt has shot itself in the foot with its subscription service which is a waste of space- unless you trust in everything Everton fan Stuart Watson says about Town. In fairness, He is about the best and Andy Warren very wisely jumped ship. As for Mark Heath, he is a real dumbo! |
| News Comment | Sheffield Wednesday Clash a Sell-Out at 21:28:35
It is an extraordinary attendance again at Portman Road, as 29,673 will bear witness to it. I do think it is time for the club to consider expanding the stadium. We are big enough and bold enough to do it! |
| News Comment | Striker Morris Set For US Move at 19:21:01
I am very disappointed to hear this. Ben Morris would be a nailed-on starter for the Blues had it not been for those terrible injuries. I guess it's a case of one door closing and another door opening, but we may regret this in the long term, letting him leave. |
