"Indeed. Enjoy the day. Can't think of many better places we've played (Charlton, Watford, Sheffield U all seem fairly equivalent at best). Make lots of noise and relish in the fact we will have an away crowd of nearly 5,000. Many of these will include first timers to Maidstone United, such as lots of main stand arm wavers. Even Dave U is turning up for his 3rd away match of the millennium!"
DaveU finally reveals himself.....not what I was expecting!
Enduringly lovable, intelligent and thunderingly exquisite.

I think we should all enjoy the day. A break from the tense promotion push. An FA Cup game to allow fringe players and subs to get more game time under their belts. Maidstone coming to try their best and their fans to create an atmosphere. So why cant we also kick back and enjoy a break from the intensity and welcome Maidstone with open arms and watch McKenna ball in action and live on terrestrial TV to boot. Football on the BBC.

Definitely, without sounding patronising it is a missive day out for both their players and supporters. I’d like to think we will welcome them in a sporting manner.
