Who cares. Does anyone over the age of 18 actually give a sh*t about the charts these days?
well apparently not, if theyve managed to be Christmas no 1 for the past 5 years, and literally Id never heard of them till now.
I mean the Beeb are saying they sold 65,000 copies, to put that in context Band Aid the original sold 1 million copies in its first week of release alone.
I think the music charts are dead theyll be out of the top 100 by next week

At the risk of sounding old and grumpy, the top 40 seemed to mean a lot more twenty years ago. Now, it seems that the popular artists have a few or more songs in the charts at any one time.
Even though I take no real interest in the charts anymore apparently this went straight in at number 7 in the charts. Pity it couldn't have got the xmas number 1.
