Weirdly enough, I can see us getting a win against Shrewbury. Like us, they're midtable plodders and we've demonstrated enough times that we're semi-competent flat-track bullies when faced with sides that are either not particularly well organised or blessed in quality, ala Blackpool. But then that should have also happened a while ago. I just can't get into Evans head in why he hasn't sacked the Buger already.
Lambert is done here, there is no turning it around.
I do wonder if Evans is hoping that Lambert fails in a mysterious criteria that triggers a contract clause, so Evans can sack him with less of a payout.
