Maybe Lambert’s rotation policy will start to pay off? 23:26 - Jan 25 with 724 views | brazil1981 | Oxford manager is complaining tonight that his players “bodies are at breaking point” following FAC draw today! With us being out of the cups as well, our players should all be comparatively fresh leading into the crunch period. I was grumbling as much as anyone about what was going leading up to Xmas, however hopefully he will be proved right, as he said several times...it’s a long season? | | | | |

Maybe Lambert’s rotation policy will start to pay off? on 08:56 - Jan 26 with 454 views | Chrisd | If it wasn't for the players speaking out after the Lincoln City away game, no doubt we'd still be scratching around for a win. The upturn in form is down to consistent selection, formation and playing players in their best position. The rotation policy was a complete myth, if anything it was threatening to jettison our season. Thankfully, PL woke up and smelt the roses........after a bit of persuasion!
