If you want probably the tastiest burger that you've ever had in your life then try The Original Patty Men which is handily placed on the St Andrews side of town.

Check out their opening hours though as they can be a bit weird.

What can I say, I bought the hype.


I tried Love Thy Burger the other week, after hype from some corners around here, and pretty nice it was too. Cooked properly. A bit greasy, but very well priced.

I’d add that Digbeth Dining Club is a pretty good place to have a beer and something to eat before or after.

Thanks for the recommendation. We stopped by for lunch on Saturday. Interesting place, friendly staff and very good burgers.
